Introduction	I am a food obsessed, stay at home Mum of 2 little girls. My first love is baking, but now my main focus is feeding my family a well balanced, nutritionally rich diet. One of my specialties is the healthy makeover of a regular recipe. My time is limited, so I make simple, unpretentious food with an emphasis on using what’s in your fridge and pantry. I am from Northern Ireland, so, inevitably my cooking is influenced by that, but I have lived in the NYC area for 12 years now. Stay around for some good chat and laid back grub!
