| Introduction | Yoga has always been apart of my life. When I lived in Florida a good friend of the family introduced yoga to me. Since that time I have practiced yoga for about 13 years. After graduating from Eastern University in 2007 and trying to find my calling I choose to study yoga. I went to Yogalife in Devon PA and studied yoga for a year and received my certification. I went back and received my certification from Childlight yoga as well. Since then I have been teaching yoga- to Adults and Children. I love to teach people tools to manage their stress, and emotions. I have found yoga to be very helpful to many different people. This has been and will always be an amazing journey. |
