Introduction	Born and raised in New York City, Garin Baker is a traditional trained realist painter. His professional career spans across disciplines as an award winning Illustrator, exhibited Fine Artist and nationally recognized Muralist. In addition to his artistic pursuits Garin has built and runs Carriage House Art Studios where artists young and old participate in Open Studio Workshops, Apprenticeship Programs and Visiting Artist Collaboratives. In addition, The Studio Gallery at his Carriage House Art Studios exhibits his works as well as the works of other renowned Hudson River figurative and landscape artists.
