Introduction	Over the last 13 years I've climbed rock, snow and ice in Wales, Scotland, France and Italy. Done a bit of skiing also. I've also mountain biked a fair bit. Falling off all 3 has slowed me down a little! I'm running now and enjoying it. PB marathon last year at Snowdon. Two Ultras in the bag last year and more to come this year. I'm trying to squeeze in the training miles along with working long hours at work and refurbishing my house. Still policing 2 teenagers and a 20 year old. I love running with other people, but have to say nothing builds my strength like melting into the Welsh hills on long distance running missions with just my faithful dog 'Dot' for company.
