| Introduction | I am a wife and mother to a pretty funny crew and also a chef. I keep a small cake design business out of my house called Cake Confessions and work as a part time chef at a large catering company here in Knoxville, TN. All in all we keep life simple but in eccentric ways to keep us laughing and in love. We eat hard and play hard. To our family camping is a lifestyle, not a past time. If we don't get out into the woods or at least near a fire we get a little itchy....(and not the screech get the tick off me itchy). I am convinced my husband would set the house on fire just to have a fire sometimes!! |
