| Introduction | I never thought I would be writing online (gulp) for the whole world to see. One event has changed my life. My Dad's Care Coordinator told me to enter an essay contest. The prize was free respite so I said okay. The contest was sponsored by Caring Today and HomeInstead Senior Care. And I was a first place winner! Wild. Well these folks have graciously allowed me to continue writing a blog for them online, in addition to my personal blog. What an incredible experience. I am truly grateful for their support and encouragement as I try and navigate through my Dad's dementia. |
