| Introduction | My name is Daryl and I'm 40 years old. I work as a special education teaching assistant (which is an incredibly rewarding job) and in a factory as a quality control sorter (which is an incredibly BORING job). I've worked at both jobs for almost 12 years but hope one day to return to college and get my teaching degree so that I can be the lead teacher in my own classroom. I have lots of interests. I have always enjoyed movies and music as well as having the desire to travel. Earlier this year I made a trip to Nicaragua, which I thoroughly enjoyed, and look forward to returning later this year. I'd love to visit Spain, Portugal, Italy, France---actually ALL of Europe! Unfortunately the education field pays very little so I will have to make those trips in the future! I also like Nashville Predators hockey but I'm not a diehard sports fan. I love a good trip to the theater, an art museum or just dining out with my good friends. And there is not much better than sleeping in on the weekend, especially on a rainy day which I rarely get to do! |
