Introduction	Hi. My name is Rose. Not counting time spent at boarding schools, Brooklyn, NY has been home to me for all of my 27 years alive. It goes without saying, I love Brooklyn. But I am about to say good bye to all I know and say hello to a whole host of new experiences. In the next 90 days I’ll be leaving my job, giving up my apartment, getting married, saying my goodbyes and getting on a plane to Africa. My blog will serve to share and document my experiences going forth.
