| Introduction | Wim Dekens (born on March 19, 1977) is a Belgian writer. Wim is also a huge horror movie fan and a regular attendee at horror and fantasy conventions. Wim Dekens has also an impressive collection of horror movie props and memorabilia. Inspired by Forrest Ackerman, Wim began collecting horror film books and spooky toys around the age of 12. Now he owns more than 1,300 cool and rare items. His collection contains a wide selection of horror figures, many hand signed photos and a large number of original, vintage horror movie posters, from the silent era to the 1960s. The collection of Wim Dekens is probably one of the biggest (and most horrifying) collections in Europe. And he’s still collecting. |
