Introduction	Born in Holland I have now lived in Lancashire for over 10 years. I am an avid supporter of local produce and feel very priviliged to live in a county with such an abundance of fantastic produce. I have a vast collection of cookbooks, but I am always looking for new inspiration. I am also interested in any opportunities arising to review cookery books or eating establishments. I take this very seriously and will always write a review based on my own honest opinion.
