| Introduction | Ali is an avid reader, addicted to crosswords and has interests in arts & crafts, travel, wine, and sport. She also practices massage and is on hand to knead those travel aches and pains away. In the community Ali is a Community Board member for the Western Bay of Plenty District Council, a member of the Civil Defence welfare team and is the volunteer booking clerk for the Waihi Bach Community Centre. Greg loves sport and is a keen fisherman. He has been involved with playing/coaching and managing rugby/cricket teams for over 30 years and now is a keen spectator and armchair critic. He enjoys a good pinot noir and the latest gourmet cookbook as well as torpedo fishing off the beach with guests and friends. In the community Greg administers the www.waihibeachinfo.co.nz website which he & Ali were the instigators to set up. He is chairman of Waihi Beach Community Events and Promotions Inc and helps with the Op Shop Ball and helped start the Waihi Beach Fresh Produce Market |
