Introduction	I'm a Southern, Canuck City-slicker: born and raised in NY with New Orleans roots and a Toronto address. Recently, we found out that one of my children has issues with soy and eggs, so I am taking a stab at altering much loved (and new) recipes. I'm sure there will be some failures, but you can't bake an (egg-free) cake without a few messes. My apologies in advance for the photography. I'm a newbie.
