| Introduction | As a new mother of two boys, a toddler Brice and infant, Cole the idea for the blog sparked when I began stockpiling my own list of activities and things that I want to make sure I do and share with my boys before they no longer want to be seen with me in public. I scoured through every resource I could think of from online community pages, to the local newspapers to family magazines to reviewing flyers pinned up on bulletin boards at the local grocery store to capture ideas from the ordinary to the extraordinary to help plan meaningful and memorable ways to enjoy the weekends with my boys. I cannot wait for the opportunity to take my boys to the zoo, go for a nature walk in the woods, run carefree through a sprinkler or to explore our local community together. By starting this blog, I hope we can eliminate the stress of planning fun family activities and instead share unique thoughts, opinions, activities and ideas on ways to engage with out kids and build wonderful memories. |
