Introduction	I love to write and paint. I am incredibly lucky to have the most amazing friends and an extraordinary extended family, who are precious to me beyond belief. I've survived cancer, had 2 hip replacements, and fill each day with love and laughter as much as I can, ably aided by my wonderful partner Allan, and my wonderful family x
Interests	painting, writing, dog walking, motorbiking, grand-daughters, map reading, gadgets, motorhoming, exploring, reading, garden, travel, nordic walking.....
Favorite movies	Bridget Jones, Love Actually all that intellectual stuff. Also scripted TV drama, Happy Valley, The Night Manager, and Game of Thrones. Can't stand 'reality tv'.
Favorite music	just about everything except that abstract jazz stuff.
Favorite books	Time Travellers Wife, Garp, Chocolat, The Cyclist, Started Early took my dog, back of the cereal packet, my blogs, never stop reading.
