Introduction	My husband Matt and I are HUGE foodies...trying to live a healthier life while still enjoying the best food in the country. Not hard to do in Texas! We love to cook--it keeps us connected to those we love that are no longer with us: parents, grandparents, friends. We both are constantly trying new, healthy things to improve ourselves and be an example to our young girls. This blog is our journey with that challenge. Favorite Music	Jimmy Buffett, and a whole lot of other stuff! I have the "Midnight In Paris" soundtrack playing a lot of the time...love jazz...old club stuff...I really enjoy all types of music!
