Introduction	At 65, I retired after 45 years in the electronics and computer field, but I’ve been a writer all my life. I began in junior high on the school newspaper. I was a reporter and contributing story and poetry writer. In high school, I began writing my own “Around the School” column and had my first poetry published. While in the Navy, I began writing technical papers and manuals for electronic equipment. I also had several short stories published in Naval Fleet Publications. Long days and nights at sea, gave me time to devour every science fiction book I could get my hands on. All through the rest of my working life, I continued to write and outline story ideas. When I became a father, and later, a grandfather, I began writing out my stories for them. I am currently working on my science fiction trilogy for young people, but intend to expand into other genre, as well.
