| Introduction | As a mother, I am daily "broken" for my family: I am offering myself for their spiritual, intellectual, moral and physical well-being. Just as Christ offered Himself up for us, so too, as a wife and mom, I offer myself daily for others. In this way, I have a powerful ministry. Just as Christ changed the world by His self-donation, so too do I believe that I am not only giving to my family, but also to the world--through the Mystical Body of Christ--as the result of my prayers, sacrifices and gifts. |
