| Introduction | I am a retired runner, having completed the Broad Street Run, Philadelphia Marathon and Distance Run in 2001. In 2003 I developed a heart condition and reluctantly retired from running, my last run was on 05 February 2003. On 02 May 2003 with the caridiologist's okay, I resumed physical activity, and began cycling. I have been pedaling ever since.
