| Introduction | My user name reflects Twila Paris's song "Keeper of the Door," which has been a sort of "theme song" for me for some time now. The lyrics reflect my desire to serve Christ and submit to His will in all things, above all else: "Oh let me be a servant/ a keeper of the door/ my heart is only longing/ to see forevermore/ the glory of your presence/ the dwelling of the Lord/ oh let me be a servant/ a keeper of the door." Ultimately, I want to be a wife and mother someday, but I would also love to be a teacher, freelance writer, and/or musician. Regardless of where God puts me in life, though, I have pledged to always live Coram Deo, before His face. |
