| Introduction | I am a Darwinian failure surrounded by very fertile people. Being a practicing OB/Gyn I need to keep most specifics de-identified but I promise the feelings are real and if they can help someone else than it is worth every minute. I have PCOS, one open tube on the side of a previous cystectomy that destroyed most of the ovary, anti-sperm antibodies and a perfect partner with perfect sperm. After much failure we finally had our little miracle girl in March 2012. |
