Introduction	I am a Master's student in the Department of Foreign Language Education at the University of Texas at Austin. I have taught secondary social studies for 3 years and have informally taught ESL to adults for 2 years. One of the first experiences I had teaching English was when my mom tutored a Vietnamese family and I tagged along as a 3rd grader. Then, when I studied abroad in college, I realized that I had a bigger role to play in our global world. After teaching English to a group of adults in my community, I decided to pursue it as a career. In my free time I enjoy dancing, traveling, biking, and baking cookies!
