Introduction	I am a 20something professional who LOVES to cook. Some of my fondest memories from my childhood took place in the kitchen or around a dining room table on Shabbos or a Jewish holiday, and I've learned amazing recipes from my mother, grandmothers, aunts, and cousins. But I'm a modern girl and I like to spice things up a bit! The Food Network is my favorite channel, and I draw inspiration from cooking shows, blogs, and websites to give a little twist to old classics. Playing with your food is fun and I love to experiment and add a little spice to standard Shabbos and Yuntif favorites :-)
