| Introduction | 1 Thessalonians 5-21 says "test everything; hold fast what is good." As Christians we are given the commandment test our knowledge. If the Bible is true and the God of the Bible is the true Creator then the observable science must support the Christian view. What I find in discussing these issues with skeptics is a complete lack of any general knowledge of the Bible. What I have done is to bring together corresponding scientific and biblical concepts from credible sources in a way that is understandable for those with a limited knowledge of science and the Bible. What you will find is an increasingly harmonious trend between science and the Christian worldview. Science is indeed trending towards a more “deistic” or “intelligent design” concept. But, the question; is the evolutionary processes of the universe as portrayed in Genesis really communicated from the true creator of the universe through the Bible? I believe it is; and the science gives a very good argument to that fact. I hope you find this as interesting as I do. God bless. |
