Introduction	I have been teaching for 12 years. Kindergarten is where I started and as of 9/2012, I returned. In between, I taught 2nd grade for 5 years. I LOVE, LOVE my job. It's really more a priviledge, than a job. The students never cease to amaze me. I am teaching all boys and find it both challenging and rewarding.
Interests	Walking, reading, sitting at the beach, time with my family, time with my friends, chocolate, blogging, and quilting/sewing.
Favorite movies	I love the movies, The Quiet Man, How to Steal A Million (with Audrey Hephurn), Monsters, Inc., Leap Year, Father of the Bride, Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close.
Favorite music	Barbra Streisand, Nora Jones, James Taylor, Dixie Chicks, Great Saxophone, Tony Bennett, Sade and more.
Favorite books	Hugo, Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close, good series set in Ireland, books by Mary Higgins Clark, and James Patterson.
