| Introduction | Izharuddin Shah Kamaruddin was born on 18th July 1981 in Klang, Selangor. He did his Diploma of Fishery in Universiti Putra Malaysia Terengganu in 1998 for 1 year, before he got promoted to bachelor's degree. He received his Bachelor of Science (Human Resource Development) from Universiti Putra Malaysia in year 2003. In January 2008, the Universiti Putra Malaysia through the Ministry of Science and Technology Malaysia (MOSTI) granted him a scholarship to pursue his study in Master Science of (Aquaculture), under supervision of Dr Mustafa Kamal Abdul Satar in the Department of Aquaculture, Faculty of Agriculture, UPM. Later, he was awarded with SLAI (Skim Latihan Akademik IPTA) scholarship to further for his Ph.D. He enrolled his Ph.D. in University of Florida, under advisory of Prof. Dr. Kai Lorenzen. He obtained his Ph.D. in Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences in 2016 (Socio-psychological of anglers) / (Recreational Fisheries). Currently, he is working as a Senior Lecturer in Universiti Putra Malaysia. |
