| Introduction | Born Hamilton, Ohio. Middle of three children. Attended Middletown High School graduating (2nd) in 1958. Attended Miami University (Ohio) graduating in 1961. Graduated University of Cincinnati College of Medicine 1965. Completed internship at Parkland Memorial Hospital (1966) and then served in the USNR at the US Naval Hospital, Camp Pendleton, CA, 1966-1968. Completed residency in anesthesia back in Dallas and entered private practice in August 1970. Retired from active practice August 1990. Graduated from Xavier with an MHA in 1996. Worked for S&S Healthcare until my retirement in 2000. |
