Introduction	I'm 22, I live in the DC metro area and I'm in the Navy. I went to Basic at around 178lbs, just barely passing the BCA/tape part of the PFA. After basic, I was down to a size 7/8, and 150lbs. Since then, I gained about 15lbs, got pregnant, had a baby and now I'm nursing! So my weight is now at an all-time high (I don't count the during-pregnancy weight) of 190. I've had enough! And this is me doing something about it.
