| Introduction | I'm going into my 7th year as Head Golf Course Superintendent here at Briarwood Country Club. Everyday is a learning experience. The exciting thing I find with this job is that it is far from routine. Adjustments always need made day to day, hour to hour, minute to minute, as weather affects alot of what we are able to do on the course maintenance side. Mine and our Grounds Crew staff have one goal and that is to do all that we can do to develop the greatest playing conditions possible as well as enjoy ourselves while we do it. 3 years in and we are happy with the progress we've made but know we can continue to do better and will continue to do better. |
