| Introduction | I'm a 26-year-old law student at Boston University. I am originally from the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and I've spent a fair amount of time living in Latin America, as well. I’m currently an exchange student at the national University's law school in BsAs, Argentina. As a kid, I told my mom I wanted to have plenty of good stories to tell my grandchildren one day. A lot of Americans in my generation like to have good stories... we collect them and file them away in Facebook photo albums called "Backpacking through Europe - 2002" or "Vegas Round 2 & Other Adventures". I’ve accumulated a number of stories, so I’ve decided to start writing a blog. I'll write about new adventures and occasionally recollect older adventures when they seem relevant. An ex-girlfriend once told me in a moment of anger that if I took a good look at my life, I’d see that it isn’t as miraculous as I think it is. Not a very nice thing to say, but it is true that we gringos are generally not as original as we would like to believe... Of course a blog isn't really a novel idea or anything, but my future grandchildren and I like it anyway. |
