Please describe how you could take the peel off an apple all in one go:
slowly, starting at the top, slice across where the stem is but not all the way, turn your knife 90* at a tilt of approx 12* turn apple clockwise holding the knife a bit lower with each spin, nevver connecting. when you get to the bumpy part on the bottom you are done
