| Introduction | Originally from Charlotte, NC, I made the move to Myrtle Beach in 2005 but feel like I'm almost a native as this has been my vacation spot all my life! I became a Realtor in 2005 and enjoy serving the Myrtle Beach area, including all of Horry County. I work with Phillips Realty in Surfside Beach, which offers services in annual rental management, homeowners association management, as well as sales. Being with Phillips Realty is a great benefit to my out-of-area clients who want to purchase long term rental property, as I can help them to locate fantastic rental properties to purchase, based on my experience and knowledge in this area, then after closing, the experienced team in our annual rental department can take over and give excellent service to my clients for years to come! Its a great value and my clients appreciate remaining with one company for all the services needed.
