Introduction	While I consider myself a better than average cook, baking a decent cake from scratch has always eluded me. I can fruits and veggies from my garden, bake bread, and have even made yogurt for my family. But baking a good cake—Yikes!
Favorite music	I love classic rock--heck I grew up in the 70s! I also like folk, celtic, some heavy metal, and New Age. I do NOT listen to rap.
Favorite books	I read most types of YA fiction. Literay non-fiction like Laura Hillenbrand's Seabisket or David McCullough's John Adams. I don't read harlequin romance!
