Introduction	Early this year we lost our home and all of it's contents to a fire, so we are starting over from zero. I've always believed in shopping for value (not just cheap) but having to refurnish and restock a home with everything from toothbrushes to furniture has made me even more focused on making every penny count. My husband is retired from law enforcement due to a heart condition and requires frequent hospitalization, so most of our income depends on my teaching job. We have 3 wonderful children (ages 13 to 24) and have been married 25 years. We also were recently blessed to become first time grandparents and are doing our best to help our daughter. Starting completely over after 25 years of marriage is hard but it has also been a renewing experience.
