Introduction	I'm a graduate student teaching composition, studying English, writing poetry and living in a tiny, little town in Mississippi. Cooking doesn't involve the usual heavy diet of reading and writing, and I suspect it may be the one thing that keeps me sane on a daily basis. (Well, ok, reading recipes, and then writing about them here... yeah, just don't break that train of thought down too carefully and we'll be fine). I live on coffee, have a thing for Irish poetry, and have watched every episode of Gilmore Girls more times than I care to count. Thanks for dropping by!
