| Introduction | I love all the beauties created by God, but wildflowers are my favorites. I appreciate the changes God is creating in my heart. My walk with God is the music I sing. He is the words, melody and harmony in all I do. We are gluten and dairy intolerant vegans. And since my husband's heart attack have simplified even more eliminating most fats, and food products that come from boxes, bags or cans. We try to eat food as close as we can to the way it was originally grown, some raw, some cooked, and lots of salads. |
