| Introduction | I am a (new) free lance writer, a public speaker, a wife, and mother of 3. After 16 years in the medical field, I left my job (I loved) as a medical assistant to take care of our youngest child with special needs. Education has always been important to me, as I move forward in educating, motivating, and inspiring others in regards to special needs issues. I became an instructor through The American Heart Assoc. and trained laymen and professionals in CPR, also I volunteered at our local Salvation Army free clinic, and did some teaching in the church setting before Meggie was born. I have also enjoyed heading up or taking part in fund-raising events. |
