Introduction	I'm a Master Personal Trainer, mother of eight children and now have recently been blessed with three beautiful grandsons. My passion is to improve lives, physically, spiritually and emotionally. Fitness is all encompassing and the lessons we learn in physical training can be applied to the other areas of fitness to enhance our lives. My passion overflows and I grow as share.
