Introduction	Just a guy who likes to cook and attempts to do it the way it should be done, the classic, original way..."when in Rome". I appreciate my family being guinea pigs, I am not worthy. Professional Cooking Experience: Basically none. I did have a 4 week stint when I was 19 at a Bob's Big Boy in Riverside California flipping burgers. What a joke that was, didn't even know how to fry an egg! Cooking Training: Basically none, mainly self-taught. A few local cooking classes through kitchen stores and I watch and pay attention to what they are doing on cooking shows.
