| Introduction | Hello all! My Name is Carly Mercer and I am currently a student-athlete at Purdue University. Me and swimming have been going strong for 12 years now, and I do not see us departing for awhile. Previous to my arrival on campus in West Lafayette I transferred from the University of Arkansas and graduated from Hamilton Southeastern High School. I am still proud to be a Royal. I love my family and my wonderful dog, Daisy. I believe that anything is possible when you believe in yourself, and if that weren't true then there has been an awful lot of lucky people who have done some amazing things. | Interests | Ok one is pretty obvious, swimming...but there is more about me. I love hanging with my friends and family. They are them most important people to me. I love my dog Daisy, and if she were human she would be my twin. I love to play cards especially speed because it involves using my fast twitch muscles. I love beach volleyball and ultimate frisbee. I will always go camping or anything that involves being outdoors. I have been told that I am pretty easy going, and fun to be around. Love making new friends! |
