| Introduction | Esther Neema is an entrepreneur, media personality, actress, and writer. She started her first work in the community as a writer in the year 2006 prior to joining university. This sparked her interest in communication. She went to Daystar University where she studied public relations and currently pursuing a master's in Development communication. She would quickly find herself in the media space, which forms a significant fraction of her career life. It is when she was still in the media, that she was drawn to Business. Starting her first business at 26, Belle Enterprise Themed Events, for hosting events. This would morph in to catering, before she decided to form a network for entrepreneurs, to support entrepreneurs as they navigate their enterprises. |
