Introduction | I am a freelance writer from East Tennessee. My writing has appeared in print and on a variety of different websites, including "Antiques & Collecting Magazine", wisegeek.com, and insidejobs.com. I have written articles on a wide variety of topics, and have appeared as a guest blogger on several different blogs. You can read my work on my new website, TimberShelton.com. I have 2 cats that take turns lounging on my desk as I work, and 2 chihuahuas that hang out at my feet. (And occasionally sit in my lap while I work.) I also have two cheerleaders, my husband of 2 decades and my darling daughter (who happens to be a budding writer, as well). I also have 2 best friends, who continually cheer me on and lift me up when I feel like a big literary loser. I generally have a positive outlook on life, a great (even if a bit quirky) sense of humor, and I love to laugh! |

What's the earliest you've gotten up to watch cartoons and what did you see?
When my daughter was a baby she used to wake me at the crack of dawn. I would get up with her and we would watch "Rugrats". Now that my baby is officially a teenager, that funny little theme song makes me all nostalgic and teary-eyed.
