| Introduction | I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I grew up in Utah, attended BYU-Provo and BYU-Hawaii. I served a mission to Ecuador Quito and then married my mission president's son. We are the parents of five biological children, three in-laws who we count as our own, and the grandparents to 10 amazing little people. Together my husband and I served a three year mission to Mexico and currently live in Arizona, where none of our children currently reside so we are very fond of traveling! |
| Interests | My family, traveling, reading, politics, historical novels, photography (although not really good at it) writing, teaching seminary. And some day I hope to write exercising, but I haven't really developed a great interest in that yet. |
| Favorite movies | Romantic Comedies are my favorite like Ever After, Heaven Can Wait, old ones like Pillow Talk etc., followed by period movies like Pride and Prejudice --especially the five hour version, Sense and Sensibility, Middlemarch, Albert and Victoria, Amazing Grace. |
| Favorite music | Pretty much anything with a good beat from any era. |
| Favorite books | Mrs. Mike, Irving Stone novels, David Copperfield, the Kingdom and the Crown Series, The Last Lecture, Undaunted, The Boys in the Boat, and any other biography of inspiring people. |
