My blogs
| Introduction | In my writings, I try to portray life as realistically as possible. While the temptation is to only offer a pristine and sightly narrative, I intentionally also address the dirt and grime of everyday life. My hope is that in being present and mindful in the journey- the struggles, the victories, the mundane- we recognize together an ever-present God working in our lives and communities. Some stories are obviously redemptive. Others are much more subtle in their redemptive nature. Still others outright decry the Fall. In actively engaging the struggle, however, I like to think that we point to a Kingdom in which the present reality of fear, hatred, and division have no part. As the blog address hints, there is a grander story for our lives. It is in this greater Living and Redemptive narrative that our stories find their place. |
