| Introduction | I am an incest survivor and I have lived through some horrific abuse/bullying/mental illness/anorexia and more. I believe I survived the past to help someone else and that is what I intend to do. I know what it takes to survive and am confident that I can help. I have also written a published workbook that is being used as a teaching tool for students working a mental health worker program. I am here and able to help. I am volunteering to help. I am not getting anything monetary for this; I just want to be there as a shoulder to lean on, as someone victims can reach out to. I want to be able to be the alternative to suicide. |
