This blog is for anyone, particularly females who suffer from self injury, addictions, disorders, identity issues or are in need of coaching, awareness & coping skills. As a teen who suffers from all of these obstacles, I'm here to lend a hand, an ear & my knowledge to anyone in need & am eager to hear about & learn new skills. Feel free to make this your virtual safe haven, because it's ok. My goal is to make known & unleash the power everyone has inside, starting with myself.
