Introduction	PFAC Palawan, Our Second Home is the home blog of the Vietnamese people who left their country in search of a safe haven and were housed by Wescom and UNHCR in PFAC. PFAC Palawan is also a good place to reunite with International Volunteers (doctors, nurses, dentists, social workers, clergies, nuns, and teachers) who gave up their precious times in order to make a lasting impression on the lives of the Vietnamese refugees.
