| Introduction | I am a self proclaimed food connossiour, I eat, I cook and yes I love food. In the first place, who in this planet doesn’t? Other than my love for shoes, food comes second place in my heart. So if you ask me if I had a formal training in culinary? The answer is no! At an early age of 10, I was already messing around our kitchen. To borrow the famous pinoy quote "Pinabayaan po ako sa Kusina!" In my younger years, cooking was a trial and error, but through time I have learned to sharpen my kitchen skills. I hope that by reading this blog, I can share to you these snippets of our simple home cooked meals from my humble kitchen. Armed with a kitchen knife, fresh ingredients, the kaserola and kalan in my kitchen, I suddenly become a palate explorer ready to conquer the amazing world of food, and you are all welcome to join me. |
