Introduction	We are a family of 6. Children ranging in ages from 19 down to almost 3... I suffer from Fibromyalgia and arthritis and other "ailments" that are just a pain in my side... Russ has things on his side of the family that we are trying to ward off like cardiac issues and diabetes...To offset some of the health issues we have gone organic and produce approximately 75% of our own food. Raising chickens, rabbits, and other poultry. From time to time... we raise pigs and cows. We love to garden, not just food, but love to watch all things grow. It's not much but we purchased just under 3 acres to make a home for our family. We absolutely love homesteading and are eager to make this little plot of land as versatile and productive as possible... Our families are both too far away to come and see us but a couple times a year, so we started this blog so grandparents and anyone else that wants to keep up with us can see what we are up to.
