I engage with individuals, groups and organizations to facilitate actualization of personal and professional growth and co-create learning experiences that add value and help learners challenge comfort zones. My facilitation philosophy is based on five core values that include: 1. Compassion-Unconditional Positive Regard 2. Curiosity- Always ask Why and Why Not? 3. Humility- Do not operate out of a place of ego 4. Courage- To say I don’t know 5. Fun- Laughter is a good conductor of learning! My services are based around the entire Training cycle from TNA, Content Development, Delivery and Measurement of Effectiveness. |
