| Introduction | Hi, my name is DeeAnn, I am a 47 year old mom of 3 and I started this blog to help you "get waisted." What I mean by that is I want to help you get back that slim, sexy waistline you once had or wish you had. My journey to "get waisted" started about 9 months ago and though plenty of exercise and clean, healthy eating I have been able to drop some pounds, firm up my muscles and trim down my waistline.
